A Food Chain Company is in need of a General Manager. URGENT HIRINGResponsibilitiesWorks closely with Production and Management in providing and disseminating directives, finished goods, manpower needs and reports, quality issues, machine down time. Ensure all daily quotas are met by keeping associates informed of procedural or product lates performance review process on all assigned ement QA policies, product quality checklist are completed, any assist in troubleshooting QA issues problems. Control expenses and deliver cost savings in alignment with the plant budget and resourcesConduct root cause analysis on processesmachinery to identify and eliminate waste and none value adding activitiesDevelop, implement, monitor and evaluate effective process controls and procedures, i.e. techniques, to deliver required yield improvements and product qualityconsistencyEnsure compliance to all Food Safety, Health Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice GMP requirementsEnsure the production department is in full compliance with all environmental, health and safety policies, GMP and Food safetyDefense requirements and procedures as well as identifyingreporting hazardsMeet resource requirements planning to fully utilize all production people, equipment and the correct work procedures to deliver the scheduleReviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department s production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing ificationsA graduate of a four year courseAt least 3 years experience as a head of a food manufacturing companyAmenable to work in Lucena, QuezonKnowledgeable in Demonstrated leadership and PL Management
